Terms of services

General InformationI don’t draw: mecha, furries/anthro, big animals, excessive violence/gore, fetish contentI'm not a full-time artist. So commissions can take anywhere from a week to a month, depending on how much I have going on in my personal life. Please be patient with me. Feel free to check in on the progress. I'll send you updates along the way (initial sketches, initial shading).Please provide clear references of the characters you want me to draw.
I reserve the rights to refuse your commission if I see that I can not fulfill your wishes.
I might use your commission to promote my work. If you prefer that I don’t, please let me know and I will respect your request.
None of your personal details (paypal e-mail or other personal data) will be sent to third parties, they’re for business use only.
By ordering a commission from me you are agreeing that you are paying for the digital file of the artwork only, no physical package will be received.
If you decide to commission or get any art from me (art trades, raffle art, etc.) you consent to having the artwork being posted on my social media.

Payment and Refund Policy
I will start working on your commision after I receive full payment.
If you want to cancel a commission and the work is already started I'll refund you a part of the payment, and keep the amount that covers what I've done so far (Sketch done 30%, Lining done: 50%, Color Bases 75%)
Under no circumstances will I ever refund a finished commission.
If you file an unjustified chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted. You will be forbidden to commission me ever again and your username will be publicly posted on my accounts, as I want to warn others to watch out for scamming. I also have every right to file a complaint.

Copyright and Usage Policy
I have full rights over my artwork.
You are allowed to use the commissioned artwork on any personal account but you must properly credit me as the artist (@Natisoff on socials)
You are not allowed to resell my work and claim it as your own (NFT's, AI "art", etc.), neither are you allowed to change, modify, edit, copy or trace any of my artwork without my written permission.
Commissioned Artworks are for personal use only and not for commercial use.
It is your responsibility to save the files of any finished commission within a month after I send them to you. I might periodically clear my sta.sh, gallery and computer so I might not be able to retrieve it for you.
